A Postdoctoral fellow position is immediately available in Optical Bioimaging Lab at the Department of Bioengineering, National University of Singapore. The project is involved in Raman spectroscopy and imaging for early cancer diagnosis and detection at endoscopy. The candidates should have a PhD degree in one of the following disciplines: Biomedical Optics, Applied Physics, Biophysics, Optical Engineering/optoelectronics and instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics and computer engineering, or equivalent. Hands-on experience in optical biospectroscopy and imaging (particularly in clinic), multivariate statistical technique, Monte Carlo simulations, and fiber optics, are highly desirable. Proficiency in Labview, C and C++ are advantageous.
